If I could give one billion stars, I would. When other contractors turned the job down, Ramone Contracting showed their expertise and willingness to take on a challenge with their excellent communication, beautiful handiwork, and scheduling flexibility. Throughout the entire process, they explained every change order and listened to design input and questions that we had without complaint. Someone was always available via text or phone and not once did I feel in the dark about a decision that was made. Their thoroughness was exactly what I was looking for in a job this big—they made sure to correct underlying issues, like a leaking window, instead of just covering it up and making it look pretty. They clearly care about long term results and doing the job right the first time. Even though the pictures don’t do it justice, you can see the perfection of their tile work and the attention to detail in every aspect of the build from demo and cleanup to finish work. Working on a job this complex was also made convenient for us with their willingness to work with our schedules.
