He showed up right when he said he would, was respectful, and explained everything in a straightforward way. Turns out we had a pretty shoddy wiring job done on the system, and the blower wasn’t even getting the proper power to run at full capacity. Chris caught it quickly, explained what was going on, and had things running better than before in no time. Instead of trying to upsell us on a full system replacement, he understood how costly that can be and focused on what was actually best for us, both from a repair and financial standpoint.
