I joined their maintenance plan, and the experience has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on solving the problem—not rushing off to the next call (they don’t even get their next assignment until your job is complete). Among other things, they helped me install and configure smart thermostats and properly balance temperatures throughout the home, all at a reasonable price. They also performed a thorough electrical and plumbing inspection, which was included in the plan. Our sales rep, James, was incredible and managed to coordinate with the team to get the install scheduled for the very next day. The installation crew, including Jake and his partner, were professional, courteous, and did a very neat job. They worked quickly and made sure the entire job site was cleaned up before they left.
