Ian came today and spent a long time checking everything out. He went under the house, out in the yard, and tried a few different things before he finally pulled the toilet right up. He found the problem, and fixed the toilet, and now it's flushing great. Ian was easy to talk to, told me everything that was going on, and was really helpful. I think I've finally found my go-to plumber! - 5/5 — Anonymous The day started badly with a stopped up toilet (first in 20 years), got worse when the problem was diagnosed as a failed sewage ejector pump, but ended up GREAT with the service I received from M Cary & Daughters. They were able to dispatch quickly (essential when the only toilet in the house is not working) and Charlie arrived to save the day. After testing the toilet he asked if I heard the pump kick on and my stomach dropped. Long story short, Charlie was able to replace the pump and all is now well at the Three Cat Inn.
