Lisanne helped me decide and sent specs and made sure that the toilets I chose would fit. She definitely went above and beyond answering my questions and changing gears quickly when I would change my mind. She sent over a technician, Julian, to take measurements to make sure that toilet I wanted would fit. It would not. So, Julian measured, took photos, and videos and called different people to ask questions and to be sure that I purchased the correct toilet. When the day came for install, Isaac arrived solo, as Julian was on another job, but was coming soon. Julian's job took longer than expected, so Isaac was on his own for a good part of the day. Installing a one piece toilet is not easy for one person. This I know, because I have had a few remodels and am very familiar with the difference between a one piece and two piece toilet. No complaining, Isaac prepped both bathrooms and installed one, by himself. Julian finally finished his first job and immediately headed over to help. It was a big job, but they didn't rush to finish. The stayed past 5pm to clean up and make sure that the silicone seal was clean and neat. That was very much appreciated. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even explained how to use and maintain it. It’s such a small upgrade but it made a huge difference, and we really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and respectful of your home, I highly recommend him.
