They had to replace some duct work for the new high efficiency furnace and to keep using our existing central air. They got the new furnace installed very quickly and made sure everything was working before they left. They had better quote for the install/furnace by almost $1,000 and a higher efficiency furnace that another company quoted me at an extra $1,600 for the same model. They also have financing available with very reasonable terms to make payments on. Will save thousands on the interest alone. This was a Friday, they were able to replace one part but said i needed a new unit. The alarm went off again in the night on Sunday. They were there quickly but could not fix it again. They had a new unit installed by Monday night. Very professional and responsive.
