That made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle. Trey, the technician who came out, was genuine, personable, and took the time to educate me while thoroughly diagnosing the issue. I never felt pressured or upsold. They provided an estimate, returned the next day, and completed the repair quickly. The work looks well done, clean, and professional. The technicians were communicative and respectful of my home. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. They were courteous, respectful of property & explained what they found, what their proposed solutions would do to eliminate the problem with a cost spread sheet. It was a detailed list & cost of parts as well as a labor breakdown with hours & projected costs. I found they answered all my questions as we reviewed this together. The estimate was exactly the job cost. I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing - 5/5 — Anonymous I initially contacted Loyalty to secure an apparent past water pipe "leak" as part of a purchase inspection. Long story short, I recalled Loyalty after a check valve failed and then again when the gas company determined my water heater was improperly vented. Eventually we had to replace the water heater with a properly vented one. Their quality of workmanship, the dedication to resolving the issue, and the commitment to completing the job were above and beyond my expectations. I could not have been more satisfied. I have since requested Loyalty to install a Hague water softening system with filter and reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Again, the product and quality of workmanship for installation was outstanding. Our water tastes great, ice cubes are crystal clear and the soft water is fantastic. Marlon, Jared, and Nick are professionals in every way. What I like best is that they give me confidence that things are done right with the best appliances for my need. They were referred by my Home Warranty Company, and within two hours of me filing a claim, they called me and set an appointment for the very next day. The communication leading up to the appointment was constant and very much appreciated. About 30 minutes prior to the appointment I received a text letting me know the technician was on his way. They gave me his name and even sent a picture. Within minutes of the text I also received a call from him. When the technician, Justin, arrived, he was pleasant, personable and professional. He resolved my issue with the garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. He was a very nice young man and shared with me that they were a family owned business.
