The quote was very competitive and the customer service experience was superior to the other local companies I contacted. He was very transparent on cost and expectations. He said he would prioritize us since it is winter and we were without hot water. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like a number. The two that did the install were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, they communicated well, and were focused on the job. I can't recommend them enough. We worked out the first issue and then we had a second issue with a turn on valve. So because they were helpful we bit the bullet paid the $400 to get that fixed even though they had to come back about do a little more and then we were told that we had additional problems, which unfortunately leads me to wonder. When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax.
