However, it would be a disservice to the phenomenal staff of Louis Mechanical if I did not submit it. In early December, I had a bad water leak from the main water line to the house. When it was noticed, I called Louis because I had used them before and been very happy with their service. All plumbers were busy at that time, but Kameron understood the severity of the leak and was super helpful to coordinate other jobs and send two plumbers to my house to address the issue immediately. Both Lisa and Lawrence were excellent! They studied the surroundings, identified the problem, located the leak part, formulated a plan for repair, and fixed it! Both Lisa and Lawrence were personable and polite. They explained to me why it had happened and how it would be repaired. They also listened to my questions attentively and answered them patiently. I was grateful for their highly professional service. They charged $440 for the estimate (no one else charged a dime) and it took several weeks to even get the estimate and now months later after I had someone else install three of them at different locations, they just called to run my card for the estimate. I highly suggest using Ted Hebert, they are a lot more professional and cheaper, and a hell of a lot more responsive and polite.
