Such a pleasing company to work with. Every single person from start to finish was so helpful and professional. We were kept informed at each and every step from start to finish. Any time I had any questions or concern the guys would patiently take time to answer no matter how dump a question I asked. The install was went extremely well and was as smooth as could be. Communication was great. We knew exactly when they would start, what work would be done and when they expected to finish. After completing the job they left the area cleaner than when they started. I was unable to go into the basement so my husband checked in with them and he had no problems. The installation team arrived around 9am and left about 3pm. They placed cloths down to walk on as they needed to make multiple trips bringing in tools and the new furnace. And again "moving everything out" . Our old furnace died after 35 years of hard work. Didn't need the AC replaced at this time. They cleaned the cooling coils so I'm eager to see if the AC works better come summer. We got the furnace done under the all electric deadline. Very pleased with the service. And the constant notifications of who was coming, when they would arrive, and phone calls in case I didn't see their texts. After examining the furnace he made the discovery that a switch had been turned off shutting off the furnace. $22 is all it cost and we set up a $33 service to clean the system.
