They cleaned up very thoroughly and explained the work they had done, and how to change the filters, care for the humidifier and operation of the thermostat. Honest, trustworthy, customer centric, and reliable would be how I described my experience. The home warranty company would not cover a cracked heat exchanger and the company they sent wanted an exorbitant amount to replace. Logan, gave me an honest and beyond fair price for the same replacement. Logan also included updating my flue pipe that the other company wanted to charge me extra for. If you are on the fence about an having to replace or repair your heating, cooling or plumbing needs, I would definitely recommend this company. Their salesperson Steven was the best among them and really went into a detailed explanation of what needed done and made sure there would be no surprise charges. They followed up a few times during my decision making process without coming across as pushy. The installation took around 8 hours but they really took their time to make sure the job was done correctly.
