Lloyd Home Service was a lifesaver. We’d been having drain issues all week in our only bathroom, and they were able to reschedule us twice and get Ross out within hours. The main issue was fixed with a new toilet installation as well, and Ross also gave us helpful advice on how to save money on the remaining repairs. Ross and his partner were friendly, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend.

I do not normally post reviews, but I believe I got ripped off. I was having trouble with my boiler, called Lloyds because it was winter and they were the only ones who could come out quickly. They were here for about 3 hours, replaced some parts and charged me $3,300. A few days later I asked them for a list of parts they replaced, went online, and added up the cost of the parts and it came to about $600. so they charged me about $2,700 for 3 hours of labor. I sent them an email about this and they gave me a long winded answer about how they have a formula for determining their prices, and they have a lot of costs like insurance and overhead they have to cover, which attempted to justify $2,700 for 3 hours of work. this was a standard document they provide to people who complain about their pricing, so it is clear it's a fairly frequent complaint. still, when I applied their formula to my visit, it still came out that the "overhead" in their formula for the 3 hours visit was thousands of dollars, that could not be accounted for otherwise. Seriously? if you have that much overhead, you need to evaluate your business model. Shortly after that the system started shutting off completely after a few hours of operation. I called a different plumbing service. they came out, noticed that the fuel filter had not been replaced in a long time, replaced it, and charged me $300. I had to scratch my head and wonder, why Lloyd's never even looked at my fuel filter, which is something that should be replaced fairly regularly and is super easy to do. Another complaint is once the tech thought she had identified the problem, rather than quoting the price for fixing it, I was presented with a few expensive "packages" that included things that were not necessary for my repair and were expensive. there was no option to just fix the issue she found. it turns out now, even with the fuel filter replaced, the system is still doing the same thing it was before I called Lloyds, so they didn't even fix the problem. I have called the other plumber and they are coming out to take a look at it. at least i know they're not going to rip me off. that $3,300 was my hard earned money. I do not recommend Lloyds.

Ross and Ella were top notch. Ross has done a few other jobs for us and he is always friendly and professional. And Ella is learning both the skills and attitude that will make her a success.

Ray with Lloyds was phenomenal. We had a significant plumbing emergency and Lloyd’s was one of the few companies we called and actually was able to talk with someone on the phone. We explained the dire situation and within an hour or so Ray was at our door. He did fantastic work and was also insightful for some of our other plumbing questions. I was so thankful for Lloyds and for Ray specifically.

Grady was lovely and came to my house promptly and understood what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The only think I didn't care for what the company policy put pressure such that I had to make a very expensive decision quickly, which in the end I had to cancel. They did refund my deposit. However, I am working out removing a membership deal which I don't really need but had to sign up for. I didn't receive specific details on the program and it was not separated from the job which we ultimately did not do. Customer service has been helpful, (though it took a bit to get through to a human). I am still waiting on information on cancelling the membership.
