We bought a beautiful chandelier for our entryway, some really fun pendants for our kitchen and a ceiling fan about 2.5 years ago. I stopped in because I was having trouble re-syncing my ceiling fan. They found my files printed out the instructions and walked me through them, they also told me to call back if I needed more assistance.
