The lines are uneven and the finish does not reflect professional quality. Because of this, I am disappointed with that portion of the service. I am hopeful the company will stand behind its work and correct the caulking so it reflects the level of quality I expected when hiring professionals. He thoroughly checked drains were working properly and even fixed the slope on the existing pipe in the basement.
