This is the second time I reached out to LGND Painting with the hopes to paint a rental property that I own. LGND Painting did such a fantastic job on my primary home in 2024 there was no doubt I wanted them for the future paint job on the rental. I had a new roof placed on the rental property and was not sure what color to paint the home (it looked awful). I was trying to make the home attractive as possible for the leased tenants so that they would feel comfortable and happy living in the newly painted home. I had only one opportunity to get it right. My painting contractor, Robert, the Owner of LGND Painting, referred me to Dunn Edwards at Southwest Tucson. Dunn-Edwards provided me, free of charge, a professional color advisor, who is there to help support and aid customers of LGND Painting. I was provided three color scenarios and picked one. LGND Painting provided me free of charge paint samples to test on the home. LGND helped me to coordinate the selection of high-quality paint colors and then proceeded to spray selected color samples on the home, in small areas, to check the quality of the anticipated look. Once confident and happy with my selection of samples, LGND scheduled the job. LGND got the job done quickly and expertly, paid meticulous attention to my paint details with new colors such as the garage, trim, and fixtures, to give the look and appearance I desired and all at a great price. I am very happy with the work and results provided by LGND Painting and highly recommend them to anyone interested in receiving quality home painting or commercial business painting.
