Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Lexington Plumbing was one of several companies we contacted for quotes. Richard responded to my inquiry immediately which others did not. Their price was very reasonable and not ridiculous like these other companies out there. He ensured that our water heater was replaced immediately and stayed in communication with me. As promised, AJ showed up the next business morning and replaced the water heater. AJ was is a nice gentleman and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to replace the disposal and fix the leak within a half hour. The old disposal had not been installed properly by the previous homeowner and it was leaking into the wiring and the dishwasher drain had been plumbed incorrectly. After locating the water main shut off valve to my home, he was able to make temporary repairs which would allow me to continue to have water to my home until he could return on Monday with the part needed for the full repair. Richard came to look at my broken water heater within 20 minutes of taking my call on a Saturday. I requested a quote on installing a tankless water heater. He gave me a very reasonable one for installing it and a new gas line. He ordered the water heater and installed it efficiently when it arrived. He had to come back at a later date to remove the old heaters because they were clogged with sediment and drained slowly. He kept me updated about his return to complete the project.
