Upon inspection, he pointed out several additional areas that needed remediation and also found a roof defect that was allowing roof rats into our attic. We had previously paid two exterminator companies for exclusion services and neither had identified this issue. After our initial meeting Leo came back with a detailed estimate and a very fair price. Leo and his helper worked very efficiently and quickly fixed our wood repair issues and had all of the necessary skills to fix our side patio (concrete pad repair and replacing damaged Saltillo tile). In addition, they replaced the masonry cap on a retaining wall for the flower bed next to our repaired patio slab. All of this work was professionally executed and in a timely fashion. Leo is trustworthy and very pleasant to work with and always answered our questions, let us know when options were available and even made some great design suggestions. We have full confidence in his company and are grateful that we found him. I used him to remove our TV in one room and mount it in another room. Not only did he do this, but when we asked him to cut a hole in the wall to hide the wires, he suggested adding a new outlet behind the TV and installed it right then and there. I intend to use him in the future for all of our projects. He is kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The second time I hired him, Leo fixed my toilet, installed boards in my attic, repaired a porch light, fixed the tiles in my kitchen and installed a new porch door.
