  The service call was quick and easy.    The response time was within 2 1/2 hours of the call.  The technician was thorough and amazingly nice.   Gave me every scenario, showed me the damage and what led to it.     Options for payments were explained.    As soon as parts come the work will be done.    All in all a great experience with Leigh and their services

  Our Tech was Chase. He was very informative on how both units function and what issues can arise with the age of the system. Answered all my questions and did a wonderful job of cleaning the unit. Photos were provided to discuss areas of concern. He also took the time to show me how to program this crazy thermostat, so grateful. Price is based on two separate units.

  Had maintenance done on heating/ac system using free promo. Chase showed up right on time and done a very thorough job checking over a dozen various readings and cleaned inside both units. We were so impressed that signed up for maintenance package. Great job.

  Chase was the service gentleman that did our winter inspection today.  He spent a little over an hour inspecting both units from top to bottom.  Also let my wife choose a fragrance enhancer for our units.  After he checked both units inside he went out and washed both units and cleaned and wiped units down.  Went over in detail of inspection.  Nice to have a company where there service people take pride in there jobs.  A++
