Communication was excellent from top to bottom. From the planning and scheduling it was easy. Drew stuck around while the system updated and did its thing and ensured everything was working well before leaving. They left the room cleaner than when they got there which is always a nice touch. They’re not a charity and their labor rate isn’t cheap (nor is it outrageous) but a clean, safe and timely installation is important to me and I am satisfied.
