Jon and team did an amazing job even with a tight conduit run that gave them some trouble they kept their cool re-worked it till it was right and then left the site clean and organized. There are two aspects to my experience: (1) technical performance, which I rate as 5-star and (2) project management, which I rate as 3 star. The electrician accomplished the install exactly as we had discussed (admittedly I'm no tech expert) and all tests of the system were flawless. Unfortunately, owing to poor weather on day one (and some missing equipment in the load plan), the project was delayed into day 2 where the 'assistant' dropped out and the electrician was left digging/filling trenches, stripping wire, making splices and other mundane tasks that could have been handled by a less technically trained worker. Ultimately this pushed completion out into midday on day 3. The spillover from this impacted other parallel (non-electrical) efforts delaying them as well. I make no claim to being an expert in electrical contracting but having run several large organizations in other fields, this project was not managed efficiently in my view. - 5/5 — Anonymous I have used Laven now for several electrical projects. They always provide outstanding service. My most recent task was for them to install a stove exhaust. Laven sent the electricians Salvador and Monty. Wait...Salvador and Monty...that would be a great title for a Hollywood Buddy Cop movie. Hmmmmm. Anyway, they were fantastic. They expertly installed the exhaust. They even did a bit of construction work because they had to cut a hole to the outside for the exhaust. Well done guys!!!! I will continue to use this company, and I highly recommend you do as well.
