He was in (very appreciated) communication before his arrival, and came ready to get to work. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. He appeared economical in his approach to work and assessments, and explained things clearly. We appreciated the fact that he was very much “at home” with dogs and a cat around (our house). We also appreciated how sensitive Juan was to accessing the attic area. All in all Juan seems like a great addition to the Larson “product”. You hire well. They went above and beyond by helping me change a very high air filter, and swept my flat roof. They wore protective footwear covers in my house. He was incredibly polite, using booties in our home, which felt like white-glove service, and was kind to our dogs, who we’re not put away for this appointment. He was so personable; this experience felt like having a friend who was over to help care for our home. He was knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his professional assessment. I truly appreciate how much thought Larson's company puts into our experience from their process, to their technician who is entering our home, and follow-up. We had Larry out to do a regular service; he was prompt, very kind and professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was nearing the end of its life, so he got us all set up for a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to choose from and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the best choice for us, and we were scheduled less than a week. Zack and Nick came to do the replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very respectful of our home, kept it clean and were very professional, helpful, and kind. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and has a very handy thermostat that connects to our phones. They even handle taking away the old system too. I found Larson by looking for companies on Yelp and BBB. I was highly impressed with their ratings and the service we have received from them confirms it; it is clear they hold themselves to a very high standard.
