Something I have come to realize is that many companies do not actually know true chemical balancing. I like that Kevin does not have other techs doing his work, he does it all himself! For me, I just wanted a company that does their job every time making sure the pool stays clean and he has done that. Just for reference, my pool is in an area surrounded by many trees that try to terrorize it consistently; so you can imagine how hard it is to keep it clean.
