We needed a backwater preventer installed and Paul and Demetri (and one person whose name I don't know) did great job. Paul was our point person and was very responsive and careful about doing the job right. Demetri and the other person did a great job with installation and cleanup, and handled the complications very well. They gave me advice about next steps needed due to the complications, and were honest about the limits of their knowledge on the subject. But they did get me a pointer to someone who specialized in what we needed.
