He came and spent lots of time with my husband discussed what we wanted and presented us with options. When we got the bid, we were pleasantly surprised and he was able to do a full installation in 2 business days! We immediately loved the new system. Note, the old systems were not broken, but just acting a bit funky. So, this was not an emergency like we had been left without heat. Andy's team was professional, friendly, and worked diligently to get the new system installed in about half a day. Andy was available by phone the whole time to answer questions from my husband during the installation. I doubt there are many AC companies out there with Andy's skill, professionalism, reasonable prices, and good service. This new unit will probably last our whole lives, so we will have to build something out back to get Andy's services again!
