  Ken provided excellent service. He was punctual, professional and he did top class quality work. He repaired and painted drywall, repaired door hinges and he replaced the curtain rod anchor.  He communicated clearly and worked efficiently.  He left the work area spotless.  It is rare to find someone this reliable.  I look forward to  working with Ken again for future repairs.

  I used Ken and KFH Home for a wide variety of repair & maintenance issues this fall at my investment properties. I can't say enough about Ken and his professionalism. No job was too small. For (3) different units and (3) different groups of tenants, Ken scheduled a walk-thru with the tenant directly, provided me with a comprehensive and easy to follow estimate, and then scheduled the work directly with the tenant. In all cases, it was never necessary for me to be on-site. All work was done in a timely fashion with tremendous quality, organization and professionalism. Completion of every job was accompanied by photos and a detailed, easy to follow invoice with plenty of supporting documentation. Every one of my tenants expressed a high level of satisfaction and appreciation. I only wish that I had found him 10 years ago! I would highly recommend Ken and KFH Home.

  This was my first time working with Ken. I reached out about needing a ceiling patch repair and he was able to schedule a consultation only a few days later. He clearly explained his plan for the repair both in person and over email. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind.
