We've used them numerous times since we moved into our house in East York. They've done work on our furnace and also replaced our hot water tank. Every time the service is 10/10. Most recently we had an emergency situation where our furnace was not working in the dead of winter and we needed it fixed immediately. Unfortunately, Neil didn't have the part we needed readily available, but he went out of his way to help me understand the make and model of our furnace and the part that we needed and even gave me tips on how to find it. How many other people/companies would do that? Don't think twice, book with Kelly's heating. We called Neil Kelly and he gave us excellent advice on how we should proceed to minimize our cost using our product warranty. After realizing we were eligible for a free replacement from the manufacturer Neil sent his staff on very short notice to disconnect the old water heater and connect the new one. This was done with minimal inconvenience; we were only without hot water for a couple of hours which we hardly noticed.
