They made an appointment with me to look the house over, take photos and video, and confirm with their team about the stucco repairs that would need to be made. The quote itself came as a secure link and had multiple options that I could accept or reject (such as whether they would need a porta-potty or use my bathroom, optional repairwork done by them, etc). They discussed my timeline and told me up front about their concerns. They answered all of my questions about the process and the materials. It was clear that they knew our environment and how to paint stucco appopriately. The downpayment was made through their secure server with the understanding that the same card would be used at the end of the job. Their color specialist came out to meet with us and made sure that we had colors and offered to get paint chips for the HOA if we needed them. The paint team arrived on time, did a great job of masking all of the doors, windows, and sidewalks after the exterior pressure wash. They scraped, sanded where necessary, then caulked around windows. Paint was applied in at least two coats, sometimes more if the fascia had to be sealed first. At the end of the painting, we walked around the entire home to spot any areas that needed a touchup. The guys were very happy to do it, even if it meant bringing out the big ladders again. The foreman told me that if we spotted any areas for touchup in the next year, they'd happily come out to take care of them. We compared quotes from other companies (and to be fair, they also treated us well), but we had to balance our budget for the job and Kelly Brothers beat the others on price and services.
