I called a few days ago and spoke with the sweetest gal Rey(sp* sorry if it's wrong dear) who set us up with our contractor James H. Not only did they keep in touch (trying to get to us as soon as possible) but were able to come out two hours earlier than previously planned. James came out and was a real, kind, genuinely professional and courteous gentleman. He was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to successfully repair our pipe and then WAITED for the city to come out and turn the water back on to make sure all was well and everything was taken care of. 5 stars, A+, top notch work. We could not be more pleased and are so grateful for James and his skills. Thank you Kellermeier, for being prompt, courteous and employing real gems like James.
