My hot water heater would no longer ignite. We decided on a new one, and while I was at it I had them install a water conditioner and a smart valve for emergency shutoff (things that were on our long term list). They were able to install it all the next day. The installation is clean and there was lots of great communication. One thing I appreciated was the price they quoted for each part included labor and other miscellaneous things like hardware and copper piping.
