  Installed a Back-Up Generator & New Electrical Panel

Tom at Karisma did a beautiful job upgrading our vintage 1969 electrical panel to current safety standards and to accommodate a new natural gas-fueled stand-by home generator. The work was very extensive. Tom took the time and focus to do it right. The job took longer than either Karisma or we expected. The natural gas plumbing for the generator failed on 1st inspection--something that we could have helped avoid. So there were a couple of hiccups but we are assigning a full five stars because the work was VERY high quality. We received another bid from a well-established competitor and are SO GLAD we chose Karisma!
