I first spoke to Trey on a Thursday about an AprilAire E080 whole home dehumidifier to reduce condensation on my windows and the install was complete the very next Tuesday. Trey was knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities and he went out of his way to verify that I was getting the proper solution for my issue. It does exactly what he said it would do and the unit is very high quality. The technicians came out early and did a very clean job installing the unit. I now have a better understanding of what life expectancy I still have in my furnace and what maintenance I need to do to keep it functional. - 4/5 — Anonymous We knew that our ac had quit working and as Kaiser Heating and Cooling had just started up a business in Mitchell, Kevin and I stopped. Tray Anderson was very informative and said that he would be happy to come out and take a look at our ac. In short, he recommended a unit and an exchange that would need to go in the attic. We had the siding removed and I sent him a photo of the size of the entry to the attic and Tray recommended a bigger size that wasn't a problem. We had two individuals come out and install. Another representative came out and helped remove the old unit and assist with the new one in the attic. The guys worked on hooking it up.....but we did run into difficulty with the box that was to go on the back. Our ac wasn't working correctly so we took a look and the box had collapsed. I sent pictures to Tray. After many corrections it was put in corretlly. Then they couldn't get the ac to work correctly and the wires weren't correct, but after time, it was installed. Tray did an excellent job, keeping the customer satisfied. I provided pictures and he stated it wasn't acceptable. After time, we have realized that our older ac hadn't been working for some time. We appreciate the fact that the ac cools our home and doesn't seem to run forever. It is quiet and we are very happy going with Kaiser Heating and Cooling.
