We had the dinkiest remodel and did not have our ducks in a row but Kahar treated our project like it was their most important. They installed a toilet, bath trim and helped us with a remodeled kitchen (and relocated a dishwasher). They were always on time, their work is very precise, super clean (gah thank you!), always respectful & super patient. We so appreciate Jeff, Tyler, Mitchell & (there might have been a 4th guy whose name I missed (sorry!)) and Emily! We’ve worked with them for years but this time it was our personal remodel and they were easily one of the best subs we dealt with on this project! They replaced our gas lines earlier this year when another company left us hanging half way through the job. Most recently, Attree/ Atri and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of our old cast iron pipes with PVC. They were professional and respectful, and they didn’t leave a mess in the crawl space- I also enjoyed listening to their banter as they worked. I had a water heater replaced through an efficiency program through the City of FC. They were organized, fantastic communicators, efficient and reliable. Can’t say enough about this company. They care about the client experience! Will definitely use in the future with any needs I can’t do on my own. Thank you for living by the Golden Rule! - 5/5 — Anonymous Called Kahar and a competitor or two one morning in late March 2025 when my builder grade hot water heater suffered an untimely demise, Kahar came back with the most reasonable quote and was able to complete the install same day (6-7 hours from call to completion of install). Passed city inspection no problem, processing payment was easy. Ran into a minor issue six months later when it was time to change our 25"x20"x4" furnace filter and I realized that the new hot water heater was partially blocking access to the filter assembly - an easy enough mistake to make and should have been caught by the install techs, I'm sure - but hey, it happens. Quick call to Kahar, spoke to some very understanding folks about the issue, within 2.5 hours they had a tech onsite to have the hot water heater drained and moved just enough to eliminate the issue, maybe an hour later they were done, no charge, no hassle. Timely work, fair pricing, and good after sales support are things I value, and this was it. I was able to diagnos the issue, but couldn't get parts because my water heater is still under warranty.
