Knowing Jason personally, he has always been reliable and compassionate at everything he does. It was no surprise that his team is just as committed to quality, comfort, and integrity. Garland came over to diagnose everything; he was very nice, informative, and efficient at his job. Ralph and his team worked hard at installing the new unit. (I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names.) The attention to detail and the hard work was greatly appreciated! They were all very helpful at explaining things and getting it installed in a timely manner. The ladies in the office were super helpful. We called Julian on Saturday morning and had Garland come out within 1-1/2 hours. He was very personable which put my aunt at ease. He detected the problem and had her heat pump running asap. We had them move our intake which meant they had to fabricate a new intake box in the house along with reconfiguring the system in the basement based on the new location. We also added a dehumidifier and the work is top notch. The team of Jason, Ralph, Charlie and others were such hard workers and extremely knowledgeable. Jason came out and we talked in-depth about replacing my old worn out HVAC System. I gave him my budget and asked him to coordinate the entire project so I would have to worry about anything. Jason Julian is truly the best. He was able to give me a completely new system, placing the furnace,including new ducting all in the attic and adding vents in my sun room and garage conversion. He upsized the unit to a 5 ton and removed all of the old system including the ducts from under the house. In just a week and a half, everything was completed, fully tested and operational. Every inch of my indoor space is cool and clean. The new system is so quiet! All of the outdoor lines were painted black to match my house trim as well.
