Jordyn and Koby diagnosed a long standing problem with radiant floors and solved it very patiently. Then I had them install an Aprilaire whole house steam humidifier to solve a humidity problem. They did it fast, neat and were extremely knowledgeable about how to optimize effectiveness. They’re honest, patient and professional. I would recommend them in a second!

Jordyn and Kody found the solution of a shoddy install from another company in the area. Very professional, and were in constant contact about shipping of the new heat exchanger. They also put on a new roof cap, fixed the air flow rate, correct install the exhaust.
Very happy with this company and feel much safer seeing the old scorched heat exchanger leave me house.
I will be calling, back for any hvac needs.

Sometimes it takes a third opinion. I had a new propane furnace installed by a different company two years ago. I had a feeling it wasn't installed properly because large icicles were hanging from the exhaust port on the side of the house and the exhaust had a bad smell. At the time I called in another company for a second opinion. They said the install was fine but I should get a service call from the propane company to check the pressure from the tank. I did that and the propane company concluded the pressure was fine. Two years later the smell still bothered me and I reached out to JP HVAC for what was now a third opinion. They tested the gases in the output stack, which neither of the others did, and confirmed my suspicion it wasn't running properly. They determined the propane conversion was not fully completed. Once fixed the exhaust smells much better and the furnace efficiency their tool recorded increased from 92% to 96%. Service was professional and friendly.

We received a recommendation from a friend. JP HVAC highly exceeded our expectations. They are an extremely honest and respectful company. We had a previous service call from another company who will remain unnamed and were told we needed an entire, new central AC system for many thousands of dollars.
JP HVAC came out and tested our components and we only needed a new part. They have restored our faith that at least one honest service company remains!!! They will be getting all our business for future HVAC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
