The guys were thorough, polite, and knowledgeable, and it’s such a relief to know our furnace is now working as it should. Greg makes everyone else look like sheep. UPDATE… (after receiving the bill) I stand by my original review about how Greg is a very knowledgeable individual & I very much enjoy interacting with him. I do have an issue with the billing because I did not know that they charged the “labor rate” for the drive to my house (2 hours roundtrip) in addition to charging for mileage (140 roundtrip). This billing method was never explained to me beforehand & I’m not aware if that is the standard with HVAC services. It’s confusing because they just added the 2 hours of drive time to the labor column without explaining that it was for the drive to my home. My previous bill charged less for mileage & I’m assuming they were at another residence closer to my home 🤷‍♂️ They came out once to diagnose the problem and then a second time with the necessary part to fix my unit that was under warranty. 4 hours of drive time at $145/hr plus mileage was shocking. Exceptional company but not cost efficient if you live outside of Dickinson. The drive time charge should be clarified on the bill/statement & not billed as “labor”. - 5/5 — Anonymous Greg was very nice and helpful and drove out of the way on a Saturday to help me after my furnace decided it was done dealing with this winter weather. He was up front about the weekend rate and service time, and was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and come up with a plan to fix it. I will absolutely keep working with them. - 5/5 — Anonymous Professional and Knowledgeable. Two young men did an install of a Ducane gas heater for my grandmother. The roads between my hometown to Dickinson were very slick but they still made it safely. The task took around 5 hours, it consisted of dismantling and hauling the old unit down a couple flights of stairs then hauling up the new (heavier) unit up a couple flights. They were helpful with any curious questions I had and were very friendly. Great customer service, great staff and I’m all around very pleased with the product and it’s installation. - 5/5 — Anonymous I needed help with furnace on New Year's Eve. I called that morning and they were able to fit me in. To be sure we got help, the owner himself arrived and took care of the problem. He was very pleasant, seemed happy to be there. It is impossible to find service and great attitude this awesome in SW ND.
