They have helped us multiple times with our church vans and have always been incredibly generous, honest, and easy to work with. They are upfront about costs, communicate clearly throughout the process, and truly work with you to find the best solutions. It is rare to find a business that combines quality work with such integrity and care. We highly recommend Jon’s and appreciate all they have done for us! - 1/5 — Anonymous Had my father’s car (who passed away) for at least 3 months, and charged me $3,000+ to work on it and they couldn’t even explain some of the charges. The original quote was $2400. Only thing added from original quote was door seals. Then when we finally picked up the car we didn’t even make it home. So much time and money wasted. Yes they replaced some of the parts on the car, but they did not inform us of everything being done and it also took them weeks to even get started on the car when they told us they would be starting on it. My husband was very specific about what he wanted done and they were so wishy washy and then it wasn’t even drivable. Just a waste of time and especially money. We also referred someone else there to fix their AC and Jons charged $500. I don’t feel like they can be trusted when it comes to their charges. - 5/5 — Anonymous Have been to Jon’s several times and they always treat you like family. I love how when my car was taking a little bit longer they came out to give me updates. You really feel taken care of! - 1/5 — Anonymous Brought in my late Father-In-Laws car to be worked on and I was very specific about what needed fixed. I was quoted a definite amount of $2,400. Overall we were charged $3,000+. They could not account for the extra money spent on the car. Then to make matters worse, the car did not make it home. I had employees argue with me on the phone and overall service was terrible. The car sat there for weeks and weeks before it was even worked on. Kept telling me car will be worked on “this week.” I was not in a rush but it made the situation more stressful overall. I really wanted to pick it up and take it somewhere else but I decided to wait and let them work on it. Now I regret that decision. My wife is upset because this car was her dad’s first car and he passed away. Now we can’t even drive it and I have to work on it myself.
