Glen came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He took the time to measure the space and check with his supplier to see if a new model would fit in my small closet. He didn’t try to upsell me and wasn’t pushy. His estimate was reasonable and I booked an installation day. Andres came out and installed the water heater on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me as I had to move things around in the closet to make the new water heater fit.
