We called and spoke with Natalie who was a very soft-spoken nice young lady and we spoke with Jackie and was a very delightful woman. The Tech David Cannon did a very careful and thorough inspection of our furnace and he found a bird. The entire job cost $159 and I'm satisfied with their work - 5/5 — Anonymous Nassim serviced my home the day after we called for a toilet that was overflowing. He was informative and he worked quickly to identify the cause and gave me 3 options. They showed up to my house after we called them to service our HVAC unit! After telling us we needed over 2k in repairs we decided we were going to go ahead and get the service done. After calling multiple times to schedule an appointment they never even bother calling us back! what a BLESSING that was! We ended up finding another company who did the same work for 700 dollars without even charging us for the inspection. They reviewed the previous quote provided by this company and told us all of the things listed were unnecessary. Our unit has been running great since the repair from the other company.
