  For anyone that is looking for an honest and professional plumbing company - this is it! I needed a water heater and from the very beginning Lalie was not only polite but gave me important information that I was not aware of. I was notified the day of service on arrival times in which were very accurate. Both Diego and Danny made sure to protect my floors and were very thorough in their work. They answered every question and went into detail to explain not only what they were doing but why. I would definitely recommend Joel’s Plumbing to anyone that is looking for an honest family owned business with great customer service.

  A few years ago, this plumber fixed a slab leak at my home in Newbury Park, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. So when I had a plumbing emergency today and suddenly had no hot water, they were the first people I called.

They arrived within an hour, walked me through my options, and we decided to replace my gas tank water heater with a tankless system. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

They are licensed, true professionals, very knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to keep everything clean and tidy when the job was done. The pricing was also fair, which I really appreciated.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing emergencies or major plumbing work.

  Joel's Plumbing promptly and professionally handled our no hot water crisis.   Technician Ryan was communicative letting me know exactly what the issues were and how they'd be repaired explaining all the costs pre installation.   Highly recommended !!
