From the initial meeting with Bob, the Staff Engineer who did the estimate to the complete installation - everything went smoothly with no surprises. The price was excellent and the estimate was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. Bob is super pleasant and answered all my questions. The system he recommended is perfect! The installers were very careful with the house and answered all my questions. The workmanship of the installation is outstanding. Bob recommended the perfect system for our home and we could feel the improved performance immediately. I called to explain what electrician found and was told management would get back to me. One week later they have not nor acknowledged their mistake!!!
