When I called to set up an appointment, they scheduled a visit within two days at a time that worked perfectly for me. They also provided the COI right away, which I needed for my condo. I was able to send it to the property manager without any delay, and it made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. On the day of the appointment, the office called to let me know that the plumber, Parke, was running a little late — and I really appreciated that. Things happen, but they didn’t leave me hanging, which says a lot about their professionalism. When Parke was on his way, I received a text with live tracking, just like an Uber or Lyft, so I could see exactly when he’d arrive. He showed up friendly, professional, and ready to get to work. I showed him the issue: a completely corroded hot-water pressure regulator valve that had started leaking. He gave me a quote within minutes, and it was more than fair — actually less than I expected. I told him I needed it fixed that same day so I wouldn’t be stuck taking cold showers in freezing weather, and he took care of it without hesitation. He finished the job in about an hour, left everything clean, and the new valve works perfectly. Parke was terrific — skilled, honest, and extremely easy to work with. Melinda in the office was just as friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Everyone at JNR Plumbing was courteous, efficient, and totally tailored their service to my needs.
