We just bought a house and found out that the newly upgraded bathroom shower was leaking to the first floor when in use. We called Jim on Saturday and he was able to come to take a look at our problem on Monday. Initial response time was an A+ in my opinion. He was able to find the problem area and offered two courses of action based on what he was able to find upon more detailed inspection. He found the exact problem and educated us on exactly what occurred and how it needed to be fixed (while pointing out some of the shortfalls done by the contractors who renovated it before we bought it). Jim and his son came back the next day; accommodating our hectic schedule. After a few hours of work and cleanup, he was educating us on what he did, allowed us to inspect his work, and demonstrated that the problem was resolved. Quality of work was an A+ as well. The final result depicted in the picture; the leak was coming from old hardware (not shown) and he replaced with new/upgraded hardware and connections. They cleaned up the work site and ensured we were happy with the results.
