I was able to get an appt the same day I called when I told them about my AC issue (thermostat not coming on). They immediately worked with me to send someone out and fix my issue. Amanda also called me and walked me through on how to get my warranty in sync for my condenser and air handler with Carrier as only one of the items was setup and registered to me. Made it super easy to handle the warranty issue. Tommy arrived shortly after and immediately figured out what the issue was. He was super friendly and took the time to explain to me how to fix the issue for next time and how to maintain the drain pipe going forward so that I wouldn’t need to call for service for this particular problem.
