From start to finish, Jeff and his team exceeded every expectation I had for our heating system installation. We hired them in January of 2025 to install a Viessmann Gas Fired Boiler and Viessmann Vitocell 42 Gallon Indirect Water Heater, and the results have been absolutely phenomenal. The Viessmann equipment is top-tier, and the installation was flawless. Our home has never been more comfortable, and the efficiency is remarkable compared to our old system. But what truly sets Jeff Daigle Plumbing apart is their incredible team. Dave, Zack, Noah, and Zach were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with the utmost respect. The work area was kept clean, and they took the time to explain every step of the installation process to us. The crew's expertise was evident in every detail. They handled the complex installation with precision and care, ensuring everything was done to code. His team also handled additional work I requested on the spot (Additional new thermostats). When they finished, they walked us through the new system's operation and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. From replacing my outside water spickets, to clearing a nasty clog in my house piping. They have always been very prompt, responsive, professional. Most recently, I had them replace my aging furnace/boiler. The installation was very professional, the undid the previous rats nest of piping, and did a very neat job of things, everything was labeled. Class A work. We did have an issue with the system in the winters when it got really cold, but they came right away to address. After a few more no heat calls, things started to point to an issue with the new brand of burner that was used. After working with their tech support along with some other local complaints about the same brand of boiler, the decision was made by Jeff himself, and he contacted me and offered to replace the burner with a Rielo. ( a brand he has lot of experience with ) So they do great work, are prompt, and professional, and customer satisfaction is important to them. I came here to leave this review, and I read some of the few 1 star reviews, and there is no way we are talking about the same Jeff Daigle plumbing. I do know there is another Daigle plumbing out of Merrimack, so I think there is some confusion with them. Jeff Daigle plumbing in Hooksett is top notch, and I would highly recommend. Noah has been my tech for many of the visits, and he is of the same caliber. Very professional, and has a very high standard of work.
