Our technician, Jeff, was kind, timely, and thorough. I think, he went above and beyond. I called a couple companies and decided to go with JC Plumbing because they answers my call. They walked me through the work. We needed a water detection system installed and from the first call they shared videos of the work being installed. This was helpful and appreciated including me in the process. Jeff did the work, was helpful and when we had a little issue he came back and resolved everything. I did think it was a bit price for the 1 hour work ($1400) but I didn’t compare prices with others. I recommend looking into prices first.
