I discovered a propane leak under my gas stovetop and immediately started to panic—pretty sure my house was about to blow up. I called three different places, including Jason, and everyone was booked solid. Even though he normally doesn’t work Saturdays, Jason was willing to come out Saturday morning to help. Then today, he called back to say he had a cancellation and could be at my house in 20 minutes. PERFECT. Jason and his team showed up, were polite, personable, easy to talk to, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I actually enjoyed their visit while they fixed the leak. They were also incredibly kind and understanding about my very large Rhodesian Ridgeback swiping one of their shoes and trying to play with it. No shoes were harmed in the making of this repair.
