Very polite and professional on the phone. He walked me through initially troubleshooting my AC while I was in the attic. We figured out the issue while on the phone! He also gave me some maintenance tips, which I appreciated. He was easy to work with and did not try to sell me on anything such as monthly memberships or a club. After waiting a week for new parts, they show up at my doorstep and leave them saying they can’t install them. Called out another HVAC technician, over $1500 in damages from Jade Air. Most of the companies I called wouldn’t even come out due to the state that Jade air left me unit in. They stated they wouldn’t work on something that someone else left unfinished. Terrible.
