This is the 2nd time I’ve used Jackson Plumbing and Heating for some smaller repairs as a first time homeowner. The first time I called I needed a new mixer installed on some copper piping and I was not comfortable brazing the copper myself. They installed the new mixer as well as the new shower head and faucet in no time and took extreme care during the small amount of demo that was required in order to access the work area. They charged a very reasonable rate and the folks in the office were extremely pleasant to deal with in terms of scheduling and payment. This most recent time, it was my downstairs bathroom leaking at a fitting. I certainly could have tried messing with it myself but I knew Jackson would get it done fast, right, and not charge me an arm and a leg. Not only did they come quickly; they even reached out to let me know they could squeeze me in sooner if it worked for me. They fixed the problem within a half hour and they left no trace that they were there besides my no longer leaking fitting!
