I sent them the files of my new home build from my architect and they were able to convert into a format so I could 3d print a mock up at home. They were responsive, helpful and patient with someone like me who was new to 3d printing . I highly recommend their services . The new augments the old seemlessly.The staff works cohesively together and had excellent communication with us. From the concept drawings with Blue Print quality, very well defined Project Proposal Bound Booklet, Extensive Categorized Builder Book and a very well defined web based Project Plan Profile made the entire process smooth. Their on site Supervisor communicated extremely well in person as well as daily updates on the progress and next steps on the web. Each phase of the build was carried out promptly, and skillfully. The finishing stages too, are carried out with great attention to detail, with outstanding results. The floor boundary interfacing with the existing is noteworthy. A steady pace of work was the rule. The company listens to and cooperates with us when a significant change is requested. However the execution of the remodeling was for, the most part, a disaster. We had 4 different project managers over the course of the one year project. Most of them were terrible or very dysfunctional. And there was the subcontractors Jackson works with---mostly terrible workmanship. Most of them even shared with us they hate to work with Jackson. In the course of the remodel, we requested a meeting to discuss how to get the work and quality back on track. This meeting included the Owner of the Company. We found his attitude rather dismissing and disrespectful with no follow-up to see how things were going. I would highly suggest you utilize the Design team at Jackson, BUT I would definitely NOT use them for the actual remodeling work. It was a VERY stressful time for us and Jackson make very little effort to make it easier. Contract with Jackson at your own risk, but you would be much further ahead to evaluate other Companies that seem to know how to manage projects and deliver a satisfying experience. - 5/5 — Anonymous Jackson did a major home remodel for us: complete 1st floor renovation involving bumping out walls in the back to enlarge the house, adding a sunroom extending into the backyard, kitchen remodel, 1st and 2nd floor bathroom remodels, and adding 2nd floor deck. Things Jackson did exceptionally well: 1) architecture. We told them what we were looking for. Their vision went beyond that. We never could have imagined the transformation of our home they came up with. 2) Interior design: Anna & her team provided a sense of style, color, & taste that integrates beautifully with the architecture. We could not be more thrilled with the finished product. 3.) Construction oversight: Joe and his team selected and supervised a group of first-rate subcontractors. The job was done within the statement of work timeline, and again we could not be more pleased with the finished product. As far as what I was not delighted with, it would simply be the cost: which we knew when we signed the contract.
