Over the phone Woody walked me through a troubleshooting procedure to determine we had lost one phase of power from the meter to our breaker box. Woody and Taylor came out and found two breaks in the (deep) underground cable and repaired them to restore full power to our house. From their ability to interface with us to their ability to diagnose and repair the problem these guys are true professionals! J2D Electric is lucky to have them.
